All freight orders include free curbside delivery with lift-gate provided.
Prior to delivery, we will email with PRO# / shipping tracking # for your records along with the freight carrier information. We suggest calling and scheduling a delivery time that is convenient for you and not waiting for the freight company to schedule your delivery.
For your protection, we suggest before signing for the package(s), you inspect the carton for any damage and take photo's. Also be sure to get the driver's name and keep the PRO# in the event a claim needs to be filed with the freight company.
