Translation  of GM 5816 (Latin ed., 1474): 'The earliest printed book on ophthalmology. Grassus was the most celebrated ophthalmic surgeon of the Middle Ages.' Frontispiece, xiii, 97 pp; illus. Decorated boards in slipcase.
Slipcase has some old tape residue on corners ..which was probably meant to be preventative 
 since the slipcase seems quite sturdy ...I might be able to remove some of this residue , but probably not all of it due to the white slipcase covering
