Paypal is our safe and secured payment method for each transaction. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase with your credit card. All payments can be made through Paypal with their gateway service.
Our goal is to ship each order within 1 business days (excluding Saturday & Sundays and major Holidays). We use USPS and Fedex as out top shipping services. All tracking #'s will be uploaded once the shipping labels are created.
Once the packages have shipped we are unable to re-route the package. Please be sure your address is correct at the time of check out. If the address is unable to be verified we may not be able to ship the order at our desired speed.
We recommend on purchasing insurance for your order if nobody will be home to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen once delivered to final destination. Purchasing insurance will protect each buyer with this terrible uprising issue.
All returns or exchanges can be accepted within 30 days of when you receive your order (we will verify by your tracking #)
The item must be returned in the same brand new condition you received it in, including all tags with the product.
All buyers are responsible for the return shipping unless we as a seller made a mistake on your shipment. If there is an exchange being made, the buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping and new ship fee to resend the new product back.
If any items are returned without the tag or in poor condition and unable to resell, Rain Beauty holds the right to deny the return and not issue any refund.
