This is a Hoya HMC 52mm Skylight (1B) Filter in mint condition. It is Multicoated to minimize reflection at the filter surfaces which reduces flare and ghosting. The glass has no scratches. This filter is used primarily used to protect a lens from scratches, fingerprints, dirt but also helps reduce bluish tones in outdoor shots and keeps skin tones natural and free of reflection from near-by objects. It's great for both Film and Digital Camera Lenses. It comes with a Hoya filter case.
