We were originally Superbike Exhaust Specialists and now we manufacture exhausts
and other products for most other categories of Motorcycles including
Road bikes, Superbikes, Cruisers,
Trackbikes, Cafe racers,
Custom built bikes,
Touring bikes, Trikes and Quads.
We have also manufactured exhausts for cars, coaches and even planes

MTC ONLY uses the best grade materials .
Stainless Steel Grade T304 + T409
Titanium grade 2 + 3 mill finish
Carbon Fibre 4 x 4 twill prepreg autoclave cured , foiled lined.
All our exhausts are made with Stainless gas tight rivets.
All MTC Exhausts are handmade and are designed
and manufactured in our
workshop in Burscough, Lancashire L40 8TG.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE :
Set of British made T304 Stainless Steel
Front pipe /Header in Ø32mm
with fitting bracket
Which is louder than standard.
This header fits exactly as the standard but
lighter, and made to produce a better gas flow
which will produce more power with the Cat box removed.
Comes complete with the Lamnda Sensor hole in the pipework. ( ready to re fit your OEM standard sensor)
This Down-pipe fits up to the standard rear silencer and fits
with the use of the standard gasket.
We recommend the Use of a normal
household silicone based sealant
inside any joint to make a gas tight seal.
This downpipe was developed for customers who want a more refined look with a louder race noise.
