We use Australia Post for all deliveries, both within Australia and overseas.
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase.

Shipping Overseas

A flat rate will be initially charged for shipping on all orders.  Overpayment will be refunded should actual shipping vary by $10 or more. 

RETURNS 

No returns or exchanges on overseas purchases.

Prior to purchase, we are available to answer any question or concern regarding any item.  Our aim is to help you choose the best size first time around. 

Should you need to return an item, we will work with you to find you a suitable exchange

We prefer to exchange sizes where possible but if not then we will refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement if you chose an exchange by sending us a prepaid satchel.

If your initial purchase qualified you for free shipping, and you return an item, your refund will be reduced by the shipping cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached. You will not qualify for an exchange or credit if you have damaged an item due to incorrect size choice.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.

Unfortunately, all sale items are considered final sale and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
