EP24R is a high-strength, professional ultrasonic cleaning concentrate formulated for precision cleaning of engine and machine parts. Developed for trade use (used by engineering companies including Babcock), EP24R removes carbon, soot, grease and oxidation while protecting aluminium components with an inbuilt corrosion inhibitor. Ideal for workshops, restoration and routine maintenance.

Recommended Uses

Method & Mixing Instructions

1. Mix ratio: 8–10% by volume (80–100ml per litre).
2. Temperature: Optimal 60–70°C.
3. Load parts correctly: Do not allow parts to touch.
4. Cycle time: 5–20 minutes depending on contamination.
5. Rinse & dry: Rinse with clean water and dry immediately.
