This card is made by PLI (I don't know if you still remember them or know them). This is a NuBus card for vintage Macintosh computer with that interface. It has a 50-pin internal SCSI-1 connector, you simply connect the 50-pin flat ribbon SCSI cable to use that SSI bus up to 7 devices under SCSI-1.  Externally, it has a SCSI-2 interface. See pictures for the port physical size difference and you will need a SCSI 2 external cable. 

I am selling just the card. If I find a flat ribbon cable, I will include it in the package but at the time of taking pictures I don't have it ready so it's not a promise. This card is pretty cool. You can link up so many devices on one computer. You can find drivers online and you can download them, or if you have trouble, let me know, I do have 1 version of the PLI QUICKSCSI UTILITIES and maybe I can email the link or the file to you.
