    • The Ashcroft 1008 product line offers the opportunity to specify an economical corrosion-resistant gauge where accuracies better than ASME grade B (3-2-3%) are not required.  The 1008S model has a stainless steel case, bourdon tube, and socket.  The case/socket joint is welded, making the 1008S less susceptible to leaking than conventional gauges when liquid filled.
