Power Spikes II is a great neo geo cd game and comes in good condition considering its age and complete, as shown. The jewel case has lots of surface scuffs/scratches, but this doesn't detract from this cool vintage game in any way.

The jewel case displays well opened-up. The booklet is present and in good condition considering its age with some edge wear and light marks on the back cover, as shown.
The CD has been tested and is fully working and is in good shape with some surface scratches/scuffs.
