When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock items are dispatched same day if ordered before 11:30 AM (AEST) on a business day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be dispatched the next business day (excludes weekends and public holidays).

If a product is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.

When will I receive my order?

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are shipped using carefully selected carriers based on product size and destination. Standard delivery is a one-person, ground-level service to your front door.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays).

The delivery service does not include carrying items upstairs, inside your home, or unpacking.

Heavy or Oversized Items:

Due to OH&S regulations, the driver will require assistance to unload heavy or oversized items (over 25kg per box).

Return Packaging & Fees:

Moda Living reserves the right to decline returns for products not in 'as-new' and original condition. Items not returned in their original packaging may be subject to damage or soiling during transit. If a return is accepted with non-original packaging, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply. Customers must ensure that items are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

Return Process:

- Returns must be booked in advance. If you are organizing your own return, please notify us in advance via eBay messages.

- If Moda Living arranges the return, a Return Authorisation (RA) number/label will be provided for tracking. Please print and attach the new label over the old one.

- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the auction ending.
