Antique Sterling Silver Chinese Export Picture frame with image of race horse. Hand hammered finish to the silver frame, very small indents for the hammering . 

The horse image in the frame came with it, the monogram on the front reads "Sparkfoot".

I believe this is a Chinese or Japanese Export Silver frame. The mark on the back is "Sterling Nose Dragon".
The marks are pretty worn out *View Images" 

This Frame is approximately 12.25" wide x 9.75" tall x 3/8" Thick. Frame Border is 1" Thick. The weight of the sterling alone is approximately 11.09 Troy ounces. (Just Sterling front, no glass no backing )

This piece is in over all GREAT CONDITION, it does have ware and light surface scratches. This item will also need polished.The item is an Antique so it will be sold  AS FOUND. The glass in the frame when taken apart has chipped corners, but isn't visible when the frame is put together.The wood backing on this frame is in As Found condition as well with ware and slightly chipped corners.The wood looks to be old pine. Also the backing behind the photo, inside the frame is an old Japanese Olympics newspaper cut out.
