Shipping:

UK Stock will be dispatched within 1 working day. All items will be shipped to Buyer’s saved address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in our website matches the address you would like us to ship to, if you need to change address, please inform us before we dispatch your products. All items will be shipped from our UK based warehouse within 24 working hours upon receipt of payment。Any item below 5kg will be posted by Hermes tracked.

Returns:

No returns on dog beds. Make sure you pick the rights size before you pay.

For the rest of the items in our shop, we accept returns within 14 days after the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your purchase amazon user ID. We do not accept a reason for returning a product due to size or style because they have already been specified in the product description. We will refund you’re the purchase price, upon receipt of the item in its original condition
