      All goods are dispatched with our professional network of delivery companies. We use a 24-48 hour tracked service and all deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, we will provide a full track and trace service which you can view on the couriers website.

If you do require an urgent delivery please contact us via our business seller information & we will do our best to help you make arrangements. Once your goods are ready for dispatch we will contact you to arrange delivery.

      Any orders which have been placed by mistake or if you have changed your mind, please contact us immediately via eBay messaging letting us know you wish to cancel the order.

      If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order there will be a return surcharge which will be deducted from the final refund of your order once it has been returned to our warehouse

      If you have received your goods and wish to return it please contact us on eBay within 30 days to arrange collection. For unwanted or wrongly ordered goods there will be a return surcharge which will be deducted from your final refund along with the original delivery charge.
