Please note that this item does not include any spacer pieces, as spacing would be a matter of preference where some users may opt to have their installed elements maintain some specific distance apart such as 12 inches apart, or 18 inches, etc, while others will choose to run their fan dipole with a true "fan" design where the elements would all be spreading slightly from each other as they travel out toward their ends.


Half-wave Fan Dipole antenna for 20 and 17 meters. The 20 meter legs measure approximately 16 feet, 8.57 inches (16' 8.57") on each side. The 17 meter legs measure approximately 12 feet, 11.41 inches (12' 11.41") on each side. Made from high quality 16 AWG stranded insulated wire. The center feed point can be held up by rope or however you see fit using the eye-lit loop on top, and you can tie into the ends with something non-conductive like nylon, hemp, etc. Run your feed line with a PL-259 up and connect in to the SO-239 on the bottom. Color of wire insulation varies.

This unit will handle up to 1,000 watts continuous, and brief peaks up to 1,200 watts.  Please note that there are no cancellations after purchase and units are shipped out on the 4th business day after payment is received, because these units are built upon being ordered... so a unit ordered on Monday ships on Friday, a unit ordered on Thursday ships on Wednesday, and a unit ordered on the Monday before Thanksgiving ships on the following Monday.
