The RD100HHF1C is an RF power mosfet for HF mobile radio applications. Rated at 100W output to 30MHz with a 12.5V supply.

The C version offers slightly improved performance in terms of gain and efficiency over the standard RD100HHF1 version, which is no longer manufactured.
