A grouping of papers relating to Pierre Mali (1856-1923), Belgian Consul, NYC, c. 1920-40.  Group includes some interesting stuff, including a letter from the American Ambassador to Belgium, articles regarding Pierre Mali and his family, letters to notable persons (including real estate tycoon, Douglas Elliman), an invitation to the service in honor of the late King of Begium (Albert), and a typed invitation list of notable New Yorkers (including Bernard Baruch and Jules Bache) invited to the event.  An added item is the ushers list for the invitees to Mali's daughter's wedding to David Noyes.  Overall condition is good, but of course used.  Buyer to pay shipping, good luck!

This and several other lots I will be listing this week are from the estate of the Noyes Family of Newbury, Massachusetts & Boston & New York City & Long Island, New York, with much associated with David Chester Noyes (1883-1954), who was married to the soprano performer, Eva Mali (1895-1988).
