Refund & Exchange Policy:- Returns for full refund are only valid for item sale price, not including shipping costs.
- All items returned to us require an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer support. You can obtain this RMA number by simply messaging us through eBay.
- All items returned without a valid RMA number will be delayed in processing, or returned back to the sender.
