For best results, rinse and flush thoroughly with water using mechanical agitation such as brushing or wiping if possible. This may be followed by a thorough rinse and flush with acetone or methanol. AQUA SEAL coatings which are allowed to dry may be difficult to clean. When drying occurs, a thorough wipe with a methanol-soaked towel may be necessary.Surface preparationSurface preparation is the essential first stage treatment of a substrate before the application of any coating. The performance of a coating is significantly influenced by its ability to adhere properly to the substrate material.  All surfaces should be clean and free from loose material.   Use of mechanical grinding, surface etching and high pressure water blasting is advisable.  Acid wash shall only be used on heavily oil/grease contaminated surfaces. New concrete should be allowed to cure fully (at least 20days) before application.Concrete must be clean and free of grease, oil, paint or any curing agent.
