Once you remove an item from the Backing paper (IE you install the item) it is no longer a returnable item. It has hence been used. We can not issue refunds for items not installed correctly or installed on a Dirty or Oily Surface or one that has been allowed to freeze before the glue sets.
We ship all orders with Very detailed direcitons please follow them closely and you will have no issues.
Installation Solutions are not returnable once the Tape seal has been removed for use.

Some Examples of Mistakes are: to much soap in the water causing item not to stick properly, Creasing an item or getting an items backing paper wet causing it to stick to the paper are just some examples of things not covered.
