RETURNS: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. *WARRANTY INFORMATION: New Osaki OS-Pro First Class massage chairs come with a 5 year Extended Osaki Limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only. Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty. There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations. Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly.
