This shield patch shows the Air Force Special Operations Command emblem in subdued olive drab and black.

AFSOC was established on May 22, 1990, with headquarters at Hurlburt Field, Florida. It is one of the Air Force's major commands and the Air Force component of U.S. Special Operations Command, which is based at MacDill Air Force Base. The design shows a blue and red star roundel over spread wings and an upright sword, with the command name on the scroll below.

It measures 3 by 3 inches with a cut edge and iron-on backing.

Put it on a flight jacket or a squadron display, or give it to someone who served in AFSOC.
