Overall: Good to very good. Bound in a 19th Century full leather fine binding!

Pages: Some light foxing to first and last few pages. Otherwise very good  with minimal discoloration and soiling, (please see pictures).
Binding: Excellent.  
Hinges: Top of front hinge starting to split, (please see pictures). Otherwise sound and flexible. 
Hardcovers: Very good with light wear, (please see pictures).  
Spine: Good to very good with some wear, (please see pictures).
