Art has long been regarded as a strong and safe investment. Ellen Kelleher a personal finance reporter for The Financial Times recently wrote an article recommending art, particularly in the $500 - $50,000 range as a sound long term investment with an impressive current average annual increase of 9.7 percent. Two Ladies Share letters over a happy day at the kitchen table sipping tea. What could be nicer? Friendship is the essence of life!

This is the painting "Two Ladies At Tea"; oil on canvas; hand painted in 2019 by Mississippi artist Guy Foster. This is not my concept but it is my interpretation of a subject painted long ago. I have brought in vibrant colors and brightness while maintaining the mood of intimacy between these two dear friends.

The photos do not do this painting justice. It is beautiful I must say. I love it. I know I sound boastful but I am so happy to have found success!

This painting is 24" x 30" unframed. It is cotton canvas stretched over wood ready to drop into any frame made for 24x30. eBay has several beautiful frames to choose from at reasonable prices.!

But now I must sell my beautiful painting. I have so many that I have no room to display them all.The photos shows the actual painting you will receive.

Someone must cherish this painting as I do as I hate to see it go.The painting is signed by me in the lower left. I added the date plus the international "copy" mark to distinguish this painting from the original.

Note: This painting may appear darker or lighter depending on your display area brightness and/or owing to your browser settings. I tried getting pictures in different light to give a fair indication of the range of contrast.

This painting will be shipped to you in a large box ready to frame. I will frame it for you in a nice frame for $200 extra including the larger package and postage difference.

Payment is expected within 24 hours of the close of the auction. If you need more time than that please contact me prior to buying/bidding and I will try to work something out for you. If you have not contacted me, and have not made payment by the 4th day, an unpaid item reminder will be filed as per eBay policy. All purchases will be deemed null and void.... then canceled should this time limit not be observed. The buyer may face eBay sanctions.

Do not wait for an invoice from me. I do not send invoices unless same are requested for multiple purchases on one payment. After you are finished shopping, just click the PAY NOW button on the screen to pay for your item(s). If you buy multiple items from me in the same day they should automatically be combined into one invoice by eBay in your shopping cart.

PAYPAL is the only form of payment I accept. However you do not need to be a PAYPAL member to pay for your item using PayPal. PayPal is set up to allow any buyer theability to use any credit card they want for a transaction. Just follow the process through your shopping cart. I ship only to the address indicated on your credit card or verified with eBay and PayPal.

Shipping:

INSURED USPS SHIPPING ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES. Your package will be shipped with either delivery confirmation or signature confirmation depending on the value of the item at my discretion. If you require special service please let me know prior to bidding. Where items are shipped insured the Shipper becomes responsible for any claims for lost or damaged merchandise. In 46 years of using the mail I have never lost a package or had to make a claim against the USPS!!!!

I ship quickly, usually the next business day after receiving your payment. However, I live in a rural area a long way from town, also I do travel a bit throughout the year... so shipping may be delayed by a couple days. Patience is a virtue they say so please do not hold a few days against me. I do the best I can for an old man.
