The tool is supplied as a PDF on a 1GB reusable USB stick. Useable on both Mac and Windows PC (XP minimum; PDA devices such as iPads may not work correctly) which runs the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6+. (This is often installed on most machines but can be downloaded and installed for free. Other third-party PDF viewer programs may not display the file correctly).  Fonts are not separate or distributed, but embedded within the PDF.
