Failure to follow proper diagnoses and troubleshooting can and will DAMAGE this unit resulting in Loss of Warranty. If your vehicle is equipped with an immobilizer (see picture above) you will need to perform a relearn procedure with a scan tool.

Expedited shipping services DO NOT expedite the processing time, only the shipping time. If you are in need of the product quickly we suggest using option 2-4 for enhanced arrival times. Processing time is usually 24-72 Business Hours (Monday-Friday). The processing begins once we have your cleared payment and all the required information outlined above. Once the part has shipped, you will receive an email to the address on file which will include your Tracking#. Please allow extra shipping time and additional surcharge for Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority at a flat rate.

We offer a standard Lifetime warranty on all computers purchased through this site. Most listings require your core to be returned to activate said warranty within 14 days whereas a return label will be provided (All Diesel vehicles require core to be returned). Failure to return the core will result in loss of warranty and a Core Charge of $100 for gas and $200 for diesel. This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, water damage or accident. We assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, mechanic fees, towing bills, rental car charges, lodging or any other direct or consequential damages resulting from this transaction. All Computer Resources, Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for damaged parts. Please see our tech talk bulletins for proper installation and diagnostics. Automotive modules can be damaged by various electrical faults during and after installation which will not be covered. All units are fully tested for functionality prior to shipment. Your acceptance of this part constitutes acceptance of all of the aforementioned terms.
