In the publisher's notes he states"It is sufficient to say of it, that the lapse of a century and a half since its first publication has to no degree impaired the reputation of "Robinson Crusoe."  So I estimate that would bring the date of publication to about 1869 making this book 149 years old.  Considering the age of this book, the condition is not that bad.
