We inspect each item and try our best to show/identify every potential concern/defect.  We hope that providing multiple photos and specific item details, including our personal suggestions, will help us achieve our goal to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

NEW ITEMS CAN BE LISTED AS NEW WITH DEFECTS thereby covering any smudges, glue, small dents, scratches, stitching, etc. that were probably due to manufacturing and/or items being tried on by prior potential buyers (same as purchasing from retail stores).  PRE-OWNED items are not expected to have any defects that are not noted under item details; however, if we have made an error by not identifying any major/large defects, please contact us immediately.  Item size and/or fit, including measurements of 1.0" +/-, are not considered as a defect/concern.  Other +/- measurements may be listed under item details for specific items.

**********  Packaging/Shipping information

Most items will be sent in an envelope/large package with protective wrapping (saves cost on shipping).  If original shoe box is desired and item is not listed as NWB (New with Box) please contact us (shipping cost could increase due to weight).

We will determined how items ship (1st Class, Priority, etc.) for items listed as FREE Shipping.

Items are from a smoke free environment.  Used items are cleaned and/or sanitized before selling (spray disinfectant and gel sanitizer) as needed.

We have wonderful and loving dogs; however, this should not have any impact on your purchase (maybe a dog hair).  We share this information in case you have allergies so that we don't impact your health.  If you have allergies and still want to purchase our items, please note this and we'll make every effort to remove any dog hair before shipment.
