We realize our prices are not the cheapest; however, we feel the quality of our items are definitely above average for NEW and PRE-OWNED (minimal wear) listings.  We are family/friends that are selling items we have purchased and/or worn ourselves as individuals.  If you need any additional information, photos, etc. please contact us before purchasing.  We strive to provide excellent service so that we can earn your future business and receive 5 stars.  OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE HAPPY, SATISFIED BUYERS.  

We inspect each item and try our best to show/identify every potential concern/defect.  We hope that providing multiple photos and specific item details, including our personal suggestions, will help us achieve our goal to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

NEW ITEMS MAY BE LISTED AS NEW WITH DEFECTS thereby covering any smudges, glue, small dents, scratches, stitching, etc. that were probably due to manufacturing and/or items being tried on by prior potential buyers (same as purchasing from retail stores).  PRE-OWNED items are not expected to have any major/large defects that are not noted under item details and/or shown in photos; however, if we have made an error by not identifying any major/large defects, please contact us immediately (not including those defects listed under NEW which would be consistent with PRE-OWNED items).  Item size and/or fit, including measurements of 1.0" +/-, are not considered as a defect/concern.  Other +/- measurements may be listed under Item Details for specific items.

**********  Packaging/Shipping Information

Most items will be sent in an envelope/large package with protective wrapping (saves cost on shipping).  If original shoe box is desired and item is not listed as NWB (New with Box) please contact us (shipping cost could increase due to weight).  Shoe Box(es)  may have tape, writings, etc.

Purses will be shipped without interior/shape retaining packaging (foam, paper, etc.).  If packaging is desired please contact us (shipping cost could increase due to weight).

Jewelry items may/may not be shipped on/in the card/boxes shown; however; they will be very well protected when shipped.  Our photos show how the items left our place to yours.  If stones fall out, etc. this is not our fault (check your packaging) and we are not responsible.  It may require a quick fix like glue, etc.  THEY LEAVE US IN THE GREAT CONDITION SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS AND WE WRAP VERY CAREFULLY.We will determined how items ship (1st Class, Priority, etc.) for items listed as FREE Shipping.

Items are from a smoke free environment.  Used items are cleaned and/or sanitized before selling (spray disinfectant and gel sanitizer) as needed.

We have wonderful and loving dogs; however, this should not have any impact on your purchase (maybe a dog hair).  We share this information in case you have allergies so that we don't impact your health.  If you have allergies and still want to purchase our items, please note this and we'll make every effort to remove any dog hair before shipment.
