This is a tool for holding the motors on the phantom 3 (will fit any motor with a 28-29mm body diameter) to help with tightening and removing props. 

Please check the diameter of your motor if it is not exactly like the one pictured here.

When you squeeze the ends together, the plastic tool grips the motor very securely but without causing damage.

This is particularly useful when removing props with cold hands, or after an impact when they may over tighten.
