This is NOT an original rega branded item, it is a compatible part made to identical dimensions (diameter & cross section). Tried & tested to ensure perfect fit.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or are still having issues with your turntable after fitting,  please contact me  and I will help resolve the issue. I have restored quite a few of these Rega decks & have found that there are several, simple to cure, common problems that often occur with Rega decks, these result in what convincingly look like (but are not)  "loose belt"  issues.

Footnote regarding 50Hz

 

As these decks use an AC motor, this belt is only suitable for countries that use a 50Hz electricity supply, ie UK, Europe & Australia (All use 50Hz) . If your deck was originaly sold in a country that uses the higher frequency of 60Hz, then the pully or subplatter will be a different size to take account of the motor running at a different speed - and the belt won't fit !
