This Buy It Now listing is for a full service kit containing all you need to replace your rega's worn parts.
If required, instructions for use are freely available & can be included, upon request, with the purchase of this item.
This Rega service upgrade kit comprises of silicone drive belt, silicone motor suspension belt, a correctly specified "Through Hardened" Chrome Steel Ball & enough high quality fully synthetic turntable oil, to keep your deck spinning smoothly for many years -You may be impressed / surprised with the difference this small service can make to the sound your rega deck can produce..
I developed this kit to improve decks that I have serviced & sold, so you can be sure it is all correct & fit for purpose, as indicated by those who have purchased it ...
As with all items I sell, satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back on return of the item.
The fully synthetic bearing oil, is supplied in a handy dropper bottle with security /child proof type twist top - both bearing & oil are the correct / exact specification to be used at the bottom of the main platter bearing on your Rega deck.
This kit is suitable for ALL rega decks (except the rare Rega "Planet" ) Also suitable for the many Rega "clones" such as the NAD 533 , Moth Alamo , Goldring GR1 / 1.2
Please note: the small motor suspension belt part included is not required for latter Rega decks that feature a 24v motor attached directly to the plinth - thank you.
Kit comprises of
- Red silicone upgrade drive belt.
- Red silicone upgrade motor suspension belt.
- 10 ml highest quality fully synthetic turntable bearing oil, in dropper bottle, with security cap & fine dropper tube.
- 4 Q-tips for cleaning old oil from the bearing housing.
- AISI 52100 Grade 10, Through Hardened, Chrome Steel bearing
Note:
The ball bearing is manufactured from "through hardened chrome steel" ...not "chromed steel" ie. it is not a chrome plated ball whose surface would wear off. ( it is made of hardened chrome steel ...ALL the way through !)
..the bearing Grade Number "G10" = its roundness grading.
~FYI, The lower the roundness grade number, the higher the precision ( "roundness" ) and quality of the ball. For example, G10 balls are more spherically precise than G1000 balls.
- Thank you.
( ~All parts available individually, in my other listings, if only 1 part is needed. )
Items are always professionally packaged for delivery...
