Return Policy
We offer a 14 day no questions asked return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition sent for a refund. We will subtract original shipping costs unless item is not as described. Bidder must return the item first to receive a refund. Buyer can return item in the same package shipped. We do not offer prepaid labels for merchandise returns. Buyer agrees to the seller’s term when bidding on an item.

Claims
If an Item is broken in shipping, buyer must forward pictures as proof of the damage. Seller files the claim. The Post Office takes up to 30 days to pay a claim. Buyer is required to fill out a USPS damage report (form 2856) and take the broken item along with all of the packaging and take it to their local Post Office for inspection. The USPS insurance only covers the bid amount of the item and there is no reimbursement for the shipping fees. Seller will absorb the lost for the postage paid.
Buyer must comply with the Post Office terms to settle the claim or no refund will be provided.
