Original antique map of NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, 1695 or later (later editions in 1715/22/53/72) by Robert Morden. The map was published in Camden's first English version of Britannia. It is framed (550x510mm), double mounted and uncoloured (i.e. as published).  Features shown on the map include settlements (towns to small villages), rivers, roads and estates. There is a scrolled title cartouche and the map is clearly engraved. A clean and near perfect example. The map will be sold out-of-frame to international buyers.
