This is a New Old Stock carburetor governor made by Klemm Automotive products Co. Chicago, Il.  This comes with all fittings attachments and  instruction sheet.  Instruction sheet shows instructions for Chevrolet 1929 up to 1947 and I think that this is the print date for this so it will probably fit some newer years.  Nice neat old part for display, conversation or use.  This is part number S285-89.  This is new never used and in excellent condition.  Buyer to pay shipping and also Va. sales tax if Va. resident.
