Repair Procedure
1. Send us your cluster in a box along with all your details (name, contact number, return address and the fault). We recommend sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery UK.
2. Once we receive your cluster we will test and repair it, we'll then call you for payment by phone if not already paid by E-Bay.
Warranty and Turn Around
We offer a Lifetime Warranty, usually with a 24 Hour turn around by post.
We also have a 90 min turn around if you come to our workshop in Waterlooville near Portsmouth. (By Appointment)

DELIVERY
When sending your instrument cluster to us we strongly recommend that you add insurance to your package. Please also make sure you package your items very well and include our job form or a note with your contact details, return address and fault details.
For paid return postage (£12.95) we use DPD Local to send back your parcel, which is next working day. If you have selected free postage it will take 3-5 working days.
