All goods are dispatched with our professional network of delivery companies. We use a 24-48 hour tracked service and all
deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, we will provide a full track and trace service which you can view
on the courier's website
Please note that delivery price quoted is for England & Wales only and does not include the areas
below (We do offer a delivery service to these areas, however they are subject to additional surcharges)

Any orders which have been placed by mistake or if you have changed your mind, please contact us immediately via eBay
messaging letting us know you wish to cancel the order.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order there will be a return surcharge which will be
deducted from the final refund of your order once it has been returned to us.
If you have received your goods and wish to return it, please contact us on eBay within 30 days to arrange collection. For
unwanted or wrongly ordered goods there will be a return surcharge which will be deducted from your final refund along with
the original delivery charge.
*Please inspect all products when they arrive and if there are any defects/issues, please inform us within 24 hours of the
delivery time to give us ample time to resolve issues.
To ensure that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible, please do not assemble the item if there is any defect or if
it is the wrong item.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item has already been assembled and built, unfortunately, we would not be able to accept a
return.
