For sale is a large gorgeous 19th century Hudson Valley New York wooden trencher dough bowl.

This came out of a home in Ulster County in upstate New York.

The surface is beautiful with a warm rich original aged patina. The bowl has incredible wear with thousands of use scrape marks from over a 150 years of existence (See close up picture).

The bowl has one old metal plate repair with screws. This gives this trencher bowl some very unique character. Each end having one old split (see pics) that we have detailed in our pictures.

This bowl is pictured with three 19th century rag balls. These were in the bowl when we acquired it so we will include them with the bowl.
