Vintage 1964 Simplicity Boys Shirts Pattern

Uncut, FF pattern, envelope has wear and some tears, NOS

The shirt features a yoke which joins to the front in forward shoulder seams.  There are pleats in back.  It also has a front button closing, collar and a patch pocket.  The buttons and top-stitching on the collar are
optional.  View 1 & 3 shirt feature long sleeves with pleats and convertible cuffs that fasten with a button closing or cuff links.  Top-stitching is optional.  View 2 & 4 sleeves are short.  View 1 & 2 have shaped lower edges.  View 3 sleeves are trimmed with contrasting patches.
