I'm offering a favorite, truly gorgeous, watch by Mauboussin. It's a Marbore style chronograph, model 9046300-600, with easy to read Arabic numerals that are luminescent, glow in the dark. Nice for movies. The design is so sleek and elegant; it's like a fine sports car. I love to look at it. It has a great weight, too. You know you're wearing it because the stainless steel isn't all hollowed out; this is expensive feeling and looking. It has a date and a second hand, a stop watch, everything you could want in a watch. The beauty of the design is breathtaking and always uplifting to wear. It's a unisex watch, intended for men but of course, I'm female and I bought it new and I wore it with pleasure. I've been the only owner. It is in great vintage condition; all original condition with no problems or upgrades. I just had the battery changed and all functions work just fine. It is guaranteed to have been worn only very lightly and to be in fine working condition. There was still some clear plastic covering the back when I took the pictures; the scratches are on that plastic which protected the actual back since I bought the watch. There wouldn't be any scratches on the back itself. I think my watchmaker just removed the plastic when he put in the new battery. This watch comes with minimal instructions, in English, and the original box which is velvet and satin inside. It's very comfortable to wear as the band is flexible and just feels good. It's silky and easy to put on and take off. Do you see those two prongs on the deployment clasp? Just squeeze gently and the band will open. It's just as easy to close; as if magnetized, it requires the most gentle touch to lock it closed. The internal length seems to be about 7 or 7-1/4". I may have had some links removed but I don't know where they are. Your watchmaker should be able to get some or you can, from the company if you need to make it bigger. Your watchmaker can adjust the size for you if you need; can remove links to make it smaller.

Mauboussin is similar in stature in Europe to what Cartier or Tiffany is here in the States. They create exquisite jewelry. Since 1827, the House of Mauboussin has been a family-run business. I believe that Mauboussin is the only remaining independent major French jeweler. They have a store here in New York City; they are an Internationally known and respected company. You'll understand why when you see this watch in person. It's the ultimate in elegance.

I have the papers and the box. Everything inside and outside is original and in great vintage condition. It works perfectly, but you'll need to have a new battery installed by a watchmaker. I think you'll love it! I certainly do.

Yes, I sometimes can take reasonable offers.

I request payment by PayPal in two days, but planned in advance of purchase, alternate payment methods and time payments can generally be arranged.

I generally ship same day. Domestic: FREE expedited US shipping.

International buyers pay actual shipping cost if I’m shipping myself rather than using eBay’s Global Shipping service, and International buyers are responsible for any customs fees their own countries may apply. Please discuss changing shipping method prior to purchase. My shipping defaults to Express International, which is tracked and insured, but I can use Priority Mail International. It's less expensive and is also tracked. First Class International is no longer offered by the US Postal Service. I charge the actual shipping cost and since shipping to each country costs a different amount, I will charge a little extra and refund the exact difference once I can put your address in and print a shipping label. I am no longer shipping to Italy and China, but can make exceptions if you speak with me about it, especially if you are a prior customer.

I'm no longer accepting returns having refunded $1350 for a bracelet I never received. Returns must be in the same condition they were shipped. If I make a significant mistake in a listing I'll always give you a full refund. The 20% restocking fee does not apply when the mistake is mine. I care that you're happy and about my accuracy, and will always stand behind my work. My attributions are guaranteed for my lifetime.

When I include pages from published books in my listings it is in accordance with Fair Use Law, which permits the use of source material for discussion, reference, education and criticism.

Attributions on many of the old pieces of Native American jewelry are sometimes a moving target. All the books have errors, so in addition to counterchecking, I have developed some expertise over the years and I do care about getting it right, so as more information comes to light I update my listings and also get in touch with my previous buyers, to inform them of any changes in attributions. I am sincerely committed to ongoing accuracy.

Everything I sell comes from my personal collection or is something that I would include in my personal collection. Most pieces are museum worthy and gallery suitable, sold to you at great pricing. I vet every item carefully for quality and condition, and offer you the best. I want you to be able to rely on me for top quality, superb items that are often unique and rare examples of old antique vintage southwest, indian, native american and fine gold and gemstones, whether you're starting a collection or adding to one, or want something great to wear or gift. My goal is that all my buyers are delighted, that my special pieces find the right homes.
