Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the entire order within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a Mytee Products error involved, such as wrong item shipped. Returned goods must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging.

15% Restocking fees applicable. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If you believe there was any damage during transit, any missing or incorrect items, please report it within 1 Business Day of receipt. We cannot accept late reports of products damaged within transit.

Ever since we started out in 2004 in the heart of the Amish Country (Wooster, Ohio); we have made a commitment to do right by the trucking community.

As we’ve grown, we have never ever cut corners, through launching our website in 2007, and moving our headquarters to Aurora, Ohio in 2014, we are dedicated to quality products and keeping the cost affordable.

Our current facility has 150,000 square feet of warehouse and light manufacturing on site. Here, we can machine-test all our 3000+ in-stock products immediately and in-person, making sure everything we sell meets the exacting standards of the heavy hauler.
