Remote tech support for Panasonic PBX's and voice mail systems, including KX-TA, KX-TD, KX-TDA, KX-TAW, KX-TDE, KX-NCP. KX-NS and KX-TVA series.

NEW - Panasonic has released special permanent licenses for the legacy KX-TDE100/200 and KX-NCP500/1000 PBX's. The licenses can be used to unlock all features, SIP trunks, and IP extensions. See the picture above of a screen shot of an unlocked KX-NCP500. (This unit has a DSP card installed which adds 4 IP trunks and 8 IP extensions to the totals.)

There is no cost for the licenses, just for the tech time to download and install the licenses in the PBX.

Note: These licenses are meant for use only on US Panasonic PBX's. Adding analog lines and digital extensions may still require the purchase of a new circuit card.

NEW - Panasonic has released new version 9 firmware for the KX-NS700 and KX-NS1000 PBX's which unlocks all features and capacities of the PBX. 

This allows free access to all PBX features and line and extension capacities that previously required the purchase of an activation key. It also will provide the PBX with full compliance with the emergency E911 dialing provisions of Kari's Law and the Ray Baum Act. And the new firmware includes all previous firmware upgrades, including new features, security and bug fixes.

There is no cost for the new firmware itself, just for the tech time to upload it and install it on the PBX.
