A SCARCE PRIMARY PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN PIN COUSINS & YOUNG: Delegates to the Democratic Convention Very good condition with very little wear.
Description: A scarce campaign pin for presidential campaign memorabilia collectors, touting Cousins and Young for delgates to the Democratic Convention. Edge says "The Molehole 230 W North Chgo". No date given, but probably the 1972 convention, where delegates supporting McGovern were denied a vote at the convention, leading to the Supreme Court case Cousins v Wigoda. I was in Wisconsin in the late 1960's and early 1970's and probably obtained this button then. Condition: Front and back is very clean with only slight handling wear. Overall VG+ (see Photos) A great addition to any collection on American political thought, presidential politics, American history, etc. VISIT MY EBAY STORE FOR OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST(Click This Link) Shipping: Free economy shipping in US.
