Your order will be dispatched the same day if payment was received before our daily cut-off time. (see postage information at the top of this page to check the time) Monday-Friday. You should expect to receive your item in one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We accept payment by PayPal. Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, or clicking buy now. This will allow us to post your item sooner!

We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return an item please contact us to let us know and we will gladly help you.
When you receive your item please take a moment to inspect it for damage/faults before removing from packaging.
All items will be inspected once received. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
We are not responsible for return postage unless the products were received damaged or faulty.
Our return policy doesn't cover physical/accidental damage for products that have been used/opened/fitted.
Once the item has been used/fitted it cannot be returned.

Exchanges are treated as returns up to the point when we receive the item back. Once we receive the item for exchange we will pack and send your new item as if it was a new 0rder. Exchanges will result in additional postage costs to send the new item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage.

We understand mistakes happen and are happy for you to cancel your order. All we ask is that you do so before we have packed/posted your item. Please check the cut of time for delivery.
