This is a vintage 1971 Thanksgiving menu for The Cattleman - An Adult Western Restaurant founded by restauranteur Larry Ellman in 1959 in New York. The restaurant was an early example of a theme-restaurant. It closed in 1989. The menu is 10 1/8" x 4 1/4" and is printed on cardstock.
