GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The MONOSET grinder consists of
a fixed bed and two basic
units ‑ the wheel head unit and
the work head unit ‑ strategically
located on the
pedestal/base. These units provide 8
axes of
motion (5 linear, 2 swivel, and
1 rotary) that involve 8
separate machine elements as
follows:
1. Work head turntable, swivels through 235
degrees
in the horizontal plane.
2. Work head offset slide, moves 5.25 inches in
a
horizontal plane.
3. Work head main slide, moves 5.75 inches in a
horizontal plane.
4. Work head tilt, pivots through 80 degrees in
a
vertical plane.
5. Work head spindle, rotates through 360
degrees
about its axis.
6. Wheel head cross slide, moves 7.50 inches
in a horizontal plane.
7. Wheel head longitudinal slide, moves 6.00
inches
in a horizontal plane.

Item Dispute will be opened. All purchased items must be picked up from our
warehouse within twenty-one (21) days of award of sale. Items remaining after
twenty-one (21) days will be subject to a warehousing charge of $25.00 per day.
Payment Information: accepts Paypal, Bank Wire (Transfer), Certified Checks, Credit Cards and cash in person. All items must be paid in full before they are shipped.
All sales are "As-Is", F.O.B. Origin, Freight Collect (Buyer is responsible
for all freight and shipping costs, but we're happy to assist in making
arrangements).
