Leather Details :

 Our Lonestar leather hides are chosen from select raw material.  It comes to life through a distinct grain and soft hand. This full grain leather exemplifies color consistency and offers the luxury of leather with the protection necessary for everyday use.


Featuring:

    • Hardwood frame.
    • High Density - High Resilient CA-117 fire retardant foam wrapped with polyfiber throughout the entire piece. Medium density cushion padding, exact thickness for this design style and perfect comfort; the correct support for sitting up when reading or simply relaxing.
    • This leather is full grain with subtle grain texture. The finish of this leather enhances stain resistance.
    • Headboard detailed with buttonless tufting and a diamond quilted design. 
    • Durable classic top stitch seams.
    • The camelback shape headboard is beautifully defined with individually placed decorative nailhead trim. Pewter or Silver nailheads. Bed will ship with Pewter nailhead trim unless otherwise specified.
    • Wood legs are finished in Black or Espresso Brown. Bed will ship with Black legs unless otherwise specified 
    • Headboard dimensions, 80"W x 57" H x 5" D.

ABOUT US

Our experience has been acquired thru many years of designing and developing for a major American manufacturing company who has manufactured and furnished the high end furniture market for over the last 10 years for some of the most prestigious stores in the furniture retail industry. Including stores like Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Room and Board, Design Within Reach, Macy's, Robb and Stucky, Cantoni, Z galleries, etc.

 

Currently, we are solely designing, prototyping and manufacturing our own line of fine leather furnishings:  Our manufacturing techniques are the same fashion as those used by the best manufacturing companies in the U.S.

Foam: Our products are manufactured with high density-high resiliency foam.  Depending on the style and function, our back cushions can be removable or attached with inner inserts filled with blown fiber or shaped foam. The cushions have zippered closure at the bottom to easily adjust support and comfort.

Seat cushions are also removable or attach depending on the design demand.

Frame: Our frames are cut by using some of the latest technology in the furniture manufacturing that eliminates the exhaustive hand cutting process.  CNC machines (computer numerical control) are used to automate frame cutting for remarkable accuracy and consistency. Our wood frames are cut from genuine hardwood and are fully corner blocked. The frame work is fully encapsulated with rigid board patterns to eliminate any open cavities. This process strengthens the frame as a solid unit as well as creating surfaces that are then overlaid with foam padding.

Cover and Suspension: We offer a variety of leather colors and grades as well as a few select fabric patterns to meet our clients demands. Our products are covered with only full grain leathers. We do not use any "vinyl match or splits" on any of our products.

A unidirectional suspension system is integrated to all our seating  products.

Our covers are expertly cut and tailored with the highest craftsmanship. Customers own materials (COM) are welcomed.

    SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

    This item will be shipped through a motor freight company from our location in Desoto, TX. The buyer pays for all shipping cost to the lower 48 states (USA) unless otherwise stated in the auction. Tracking information will be provided to all buyers.

    Local pickups are welcome by appointment only, no shipping charges will apply but state taxes will apply.

    REMEMBER THAT SHIPPING FEE IS FOR CURB SIDE DELIVERY AT GROUND LEVEL ONLY.
    FOR INSIDE DELIVERY THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE.

    All freight is delivered by appointment only. When submitting payment, please send a contact phone number so that we may forward it to the freight company. The assigned freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment with you. Freight carriers will not attempt delivering to a residence without an appointment.

    RETURN POLICY:

    We guarantee full satisfaction in all of our products. If not satisfied, product must be returned within 5 days of arrival. All returns must be in original packing and in new condition. The shipping cost is non-refundable and there is a 17.5% restocking fee from the original product price
