Item must be unused or factory defect. Will not take back or exchange used items as it is not sanitary. Must be in original packaging unopened •Buyers must contact us within 14 days of receiving item. •All items must be returned in its original packaging and all parts must be included. •Buyer has the choice of exchange or money back. •We cannot accept used items for return due to safety reasons
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items normally ship within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on federal Holidays. We ship via USPS. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as insurance. Shipping costs are predetermined in the eBay listing. Estimated delivery times are between 3 - 8 business days, based on buyer's location. We can only ship to street addresses and PO Boxes. We are only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer's PayPal account or the address specified with the buyer's credit card company.
