This small, heavy, round glazed china vase is 4 inches tall and 4 inches across the top inside with a scalloped rim around the top and slight fluting on the sides.  Covered in red hearts and dots with two areas of paint chipping (see photos).  Suitable for fresh or dried arrangements, perfect for floral foam arrangements.
