Welcome to the  FlatOut Customs  Beach buggy one piece shorten floor pan these are made from 1.2mm 18 gauge high quality steel.  Please look at the pictures as the 3rd picture shows the tooling on the press for our shorten Beach buggy floor pans. The main picture shows the comparison between our shorten floor pans and a full length floor pan.We designed many features into our shorten floor pans.

• Each floor pan will fit either 14 1/2 and 14 1/4 inch shorten Beach buggy's. All you have to is trim 7mm to achieve the 14 1/2 shorten length. 3 mm from the front and 4mm from the rear.

• Elongated mounting holes for ease of fitting older used Beach buggy bodies.

• We have added a extra mounting hole at the back of the shorten floor pan.

• The seat mounting area has been designed to allow easy mounting of aftermarket seats.

• The rear of the floor pan has been raised for extra ground clearance.

• Brake pedal stop plate captive nut hole is laser cut in both floor pans.

• Brake pedal stop plate guide ribs are pressed in both floor pans.

Each floor pan will come supplied in a heavy duty high grade marine epoxy primer. This means all you need to do is re coat the areas you have bare metal for welding and key up (240 grit) ready for the protective under seal/coating.

So if you want to build a Beach buggy and worried about shortening the floor pans you dont need to worry no more we have made a shorten floor pan for you. This gives you a cleaner finish and offers more structural integrity strength. Plus you will have more time enjoying your buggy than building it.
